Being a Logistics Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for selling our portfolio of services in and around the Chicago market. Being a self-starter, you will come out the gates strong and add to our collaborative team environment, so bring your experience. As an integral part of our team, Logistics Solutions Managers play a pivotal role in our success by showcasing our diverse transportation solutions. From Full Truckload and Less-than-truckload to intermodal, climate-controlled services, DRT Cold Chain, and drayage, our offerings are comprehensive and tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. In this dynamic role, Logistics Solutions Managers are tasked with procuring, developing, and nurturing quality customer working relationships. They aim to drive growth and expand our market share within the assigned territory. Through strategic prospecting and exceptional customer service, our Logistics Solutions Managers play a crucial role in ensuring our client's satisfaction and delivering unmatched transportation solutions.

At DRT, we value professionalism, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. A bachelor's degree is required for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Hubspot (CRM), and similar applications is expected.

  • Taking ownership of acquiring new business and fostering growth with your book of business.
  • Identifying key decision-makers and devising practical approaches to introduce DRT's services, securing new partnerships with potential clients.
  • Cultivating strong customer relationships through regular and meaningful communication via email, phone, and in-person visits.
  • Crafting customized solutions that cater to the unique needs of our customers, utilizing DRT's diverse portfolio of services.
  • Demonstrating versatility by employing phone, email, and conducting on-site sales visits to effectively engage with clients.
